Date and time of a picture modified

Basically, I was re arranging my pictures into separate folders so I could find them easier and my folders were tidier however now when I go into my album, its not in order based on when I took the photos! Its goes off date modified and because I moved the photos into separate folders it uses the date when I moved them! What can I do about this so my album lists the photos based on the date it was 'created'/taken?

Have you experienced the same feature when transferring photos from internal memory to SD card or to computer? When I transferred photos to SD card, it added 3 hours to the time (e.g. 08:10 -> 11:10) when photo has been taken OR changed it to the transfer date and time. Date and time of the photo should be fixed field!
