contacts from phone to sim card

have now got new W995 need to get my numbers from my ole W980, i transfered my sim card to my new phone and down loaded my numbers to my new phone, but it appeared that i had not got all my numbers on my card but when i went back to my old phone they were there, i understand that this is because some of my numbers are saved to my phone on the old W980

Question is how do i retrieve these numbers to my card so i can transfer them over to my new phone

you need to put your new sim into your old phone then go to ur contacts and select options and then go to copy contacts from phone to sim and this will coppy the contacts from your phone onto your sim card. You then insert the sim into your new phone and they should display if not you may need tothen copy your contacts from the sim onto your new phone and if so go to contacts and select options and copy from sim to phone. this should do the trick
