Cant locate my xperia L

Hai,

       I can't locate my Xperia L mobile through myxperia.sony mobile.com everytime. It shows a message "We currently are not able to find your device, we will send an email when we find it ". Anybody please help me. If u know this problem please send info to [removed by mod].

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

In order to locate your phone it needs to be turned on, and have a data connection (mobile network or WiFi). You also need to have my Xperia enabled under Settings -> Xperia in the phone.

Didn't you install nq mobile security? it automatically sends you a txt msg if ur sim card changed.
