Cannot hard reset

hi. im danza and I'm from Mexio MI English it's very bad. sorry. I need help my z2 not respond to the hard reset. I press power and v- v+ but not see the menu reset

You need to press power button not volume buttons to get power button menu.

If you want to force a shutdown, you need to hold the ON/OFF + volume up(+) button for 5-10 seconds. And just like alexdon said, you only need to hold down the ON/OFF button to get the power menu.
