I don't know where else to put this, but I sent my phone to Xperia support for repair over 2 months ago and they have yet to send me a single update on it. I've called them several times and generally have gotten tossed around and put on hold for a while.
Each time they give me some story about how it's "at the repair center and we're waiting to hear back," but I'm honestly not sure that they haven't lost it and that I'll ever see it again, but I feel like I have no way to fix that.
Is there anything I can do at this point or is my phone just lost?

Do they have physical stores? My phone is already at their repair center in Texas, but if I could actually talk to a person with a direct line to them it might help.
not here in the US, you will have to call them again, perhaps ask if you could speak with a supervisor.
I actually just got off the phone with a supervisor, apparently it was ready on 3/23 and either just never got sent out or is stuff with FedEx.
The worst part is that this means every time I've called them since then (which is several) they've blatantly lied to me about the status of my phone.
