Can I rollback to 4.1 - it worked then...

As the title says..... Slightly_frowning_Face

I'm experiencing random 'sim/uim card removed' switch offs and now the 'switch off when charged', all since the 4.3 rollout.

Are there any plans to fix the problems or provide an easy rollback option?

A 'hot' removal of the SIM causes the same fault.... I'll investigate a little more. Thanks Slightly_smiling_Face

Reboot with no SIM, the OS displayed SIM symbol with red cross. This indicates it's happy to operate without the SIM. So...... Am I looking at a SIM reading software fault in 4.3, or a randomly coincidently intermittent hardware failure at the same time as the upgrade? Any advice would be appreciated :).

Use the phone in airplane mode for some time, see if the same occurs.I think it could be a SIM problem.

Please try with a new sim if possible and see if it solve your problem.

Thank you.

I managed to go for 82 hours without a reset, using airplane mode at work and when in bed. Then it just had about four restarts in a row whilst still in airplane mode :(.

Thanks,

This really isn't not fun anymore :(. I rely on my phone for the alarm and last night the room was awash with light from the restart logo. The battery drained 50% in 5 hours from constant restarting.......Argh, WHY! I only accepted an official release OS update and then this random restart problems has blighted me ever since!

Is it a Sony problem or Network provider problem? I think I've had enough now and want the **bleep** thing repaired!
