camera is flickering

my camera is flickering in some low light situations (e.g. fluorescent lamps in the room). the whole screen starts to flicker after i start the camera and even on videos theres this flickering recorded! in daylight no issues. My model number is F8331.

Sometimes you will see bars on the images too.
It happens because fluorescent lighting pulses instead of being a constant, this makes camera sensors go nuts, especially if that light is the only lighting source.
You can sometimes lessen the affect by changing the ISO levels and the metering.
