Call Recording on Xperia Arc

Hi,

Is there any two way Call Recording software/app that actually works without speaker-phone for Xperia Arc? (i have tried may and given up)

Is there a limitation in the phone itself that makes this not possible? if so can we expect Sony to resolve this issue in the next firmware update?

I love this phone, but this feature is critical for my work.

I have not come across any app that actually works. Maybe someone else can answer this?

I know Android set the limit on this (at least it used to).

All Call Recorder, used to work perfectly on the X10i, as though the recording was being done through the internals of the phone.  It was so good, that you would thing you were actually on a call (sound quality)

What SE has done with the newer Xperia range is anyone's guess.

I have installed this app and when playing the recorded conversation, the other party's voice is not audible. Not sure if any one has the same problem.

that's odd, it works fine with my Arc

The best way; turn on the speaker and reduce the volume, and have a good sound recording ap; Call Recorder(1.2.9)
