C510 and sony ericsson pc suite

Hi

I have downloaded the sony ericsson pc suite on my computer so i can transfer photos from my c510 to my computer to back them up. When i connect with the USB cable, it will only connect in phone mode, which means i cant transfer photos and doesnt seem to allow me to change the mode. Any help or advice would be very grateful.

I am having a similiar problem with my c510. I recently repaired my phone. Which deleted all the contacts. I have tried to use syncs, to get the contacts back on the phone, but the PC suite does not want to work?

Any help would be great
