Hello, This is 2 times that I have the same battery problem with my sony, the phone turns off and unable to load. The little laptop stay connected to the charger for 24 hours and did not charge for not turning it on (it displays the low battery symbol) and the orange LED that indicates that the laptop is being charged does not turn on. the same problem 2 times in less than a year on a laptop at 500 € !! it is programmed obsolescence or I fall at each faith on faulty phones? I am concerned because the guarantee ends in 2017 and I am afraid that the next is the same problem and therefore it is useless to again ... I buy sony for 10 years but it is too is the latest sony I buy .. Not to mention the sony service that manages all the time to make you pay for repairs and return of the phone even when the problem between the guarantee. I'll send it in but guaranteed by the I no longer have to phone you got for the solution on again?
