How to set Bluetooth option?

Every time when I turn on my blootooth it will not visible to all the device, it's have a option "visible all near by devices only 2 minutes " how to change it by default....?

You should be able to change the length if you go to Settings > Bluetooth > When Bluetooth is ON, press the menu button > Visibility timeout.
