block by myXPeria. Can't unlock

I was testing myXPeria app. Tested the block option and choose a PIN to unlock. But, when I try to unlock the field to insert PIN code doesn't appear. All that is available to me is a keyboard to emergency call. Please, help me!

Using a computer,login to myxperia and change the password to unlock your device.

This is the problem. I've already changed the password. For any reason,there is no place to insert the password. Every time I try to unlock, what appears to me is just a keyboard to emergency call. Is there any way to insert this password by PC companion and unlock my cell?

You can perform a software repair with PC companion and remove the lock.But this will also erase your internal data.
