Battery drain in STAMINA mode: active time

Hi,

I´ve tried the STAMINA mode because my Z5 was almost always active in standby (my old Z3 was not, even with similar apps and settings). Now I´ve tried STAMINA mode, but the results are almost the same just a little better. With STAMINA battery drain is something like 1,5% per hour in standby with just Whatsapp as exception.

Can somebody help me?
And anyway how are push notifications like news handled in STAMINA mode?

whatsapp its a battery hog, remove it from the white list and check again. Also the longer you use the phone the more it will learn your habits so it will give you better estimates

What do you mean by "remove it from the white list"? Is this a special option of Xperia z5? Or an simple expression?

I think he means that I should remove it from ecxeptions.

But honestly I think at least Whatsapp should be on real time...

@Andrej123

That's correct, that's what I meant

@GhKerh

Whatsapp will drain your battery as it has to be online all the time, if you are on WiFi it will keep your phone awake

Settings > power management > battery > tap on the graph

More things u put in White list and more wakes u're having Winking_Face

However, I suggest to deactivate notifications-locations by the app u dont' want to ...

That's the best way to reduce wakelock Winking_Face

Thanks for your ideas!
I've disabled the STAMINA mode and get the same or even better battery performance. I think it's because of the amount of times I turn the display on. That leads to a situation where even more processor is needed due to constantly updating all background data... Or am I wrong?
