Marshmallow 6.0.1 and it seems that the phone has very bad ram management. The phone freezes after a while making me unable to use any of my apps. This did not happen when I updated, but after time it just freezes for no reason. Checking at the Memory section, on average everyday, it is using a minimum of 2.1 GB of ram.
Attached is an image showing the top few apps
which used the most ram. It may seem little but the Android OS varies from 0.93 to 1.2 GB.

No data will be removed by rebootiing your phone to safe mode, what happens is that all third party applications in your phone are deactivated until you reboot your phone again.
As @uliwooly suggested, is there any change if you use your phone in safe mode instead? Let me know
