back up with Sony PC Companion

I have tried to back up my phone using Sony Pc Companion for my Sony Experia T,

but the back up wizard  is freeze or keeps saying it not responding

i have uninstalled and installed PC companion, but same thing happens,

does anyone know how to back up phone.

Did you select all the memory to be backed up?Try to choose only settings,messages etc.Media files should be manually copied.

Yes , I tryed. Same error (freeze).
