Automatically get factory reset

Hi,

i have noticed some wired thing with mine device, from last couple of month after upating to andriod 5.0 my device get automatically factory reset. all app and data erase from device. pls help me im facing this issue lot. afetr month or 2 automically device factory reset

does this happen when you are in safe mode?

did you recently installed any apps that may have caused this (ram managers memory cleaners).

have you checked your SD card if it is working properly>

try to perform a software repair using PCC

1) no im in normal. i dont even know to put device in safe mode.

2) i never use any memory cleaners.

3) i dont use memory card only internal 16gb memory i used

4) can pls tell how to  perform a software repair using PCC
