AR EFFECT IS INVERTED. help!

help! those AR EFFECTS APPEAR TO BE INVERTED OR UPSIDE DOWN.
what seems to be the problem.

you are pointing your camera towards the ceiling.

while you are in AR mode point the camera towards the floor (towards some empty area) and pan the camera from left to right or right to left while keeping it steady. 

This should give you the intended result.

I had the same problem initially but then i realized it was my mistake.
