I have a problem about my pbone

When i receive a calls or when im calling my screen is totally off and i can't make a massage or see my screen

Does your phone has a protective case, film and/or glass?

Hi @Gladz,

I'm sorry to hear this. How the screen behave during calls, when it lights up and when it goes dark, is controlled by a sensor called the proximity sensor. You can see where it is located in the picture bellow. It is number 6.

As @uliwoolym suggested, make sure there is nothing physically like a screen protector blocking the sensor.

I would also recommend that you test your sensor in diagnostics. To do so go to: Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Proximity sensor.

I'd also recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

Have you tried temporarily to remove it to see if it may be causing this behavior?
