Xperia XA touchscreen issue

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Xperia XA. When i touch my screen (when it's unlocked) nothing happens. or it will do things i not meant to do. How can i solve this.

amigo o meu tambem ficou assim apos descarga total do aparelho, coloquei pra carregar e estava dando issso

I would recommend you to bring it to your local service center, the issue is called "ghost touch" and one of my Xperia XA experienced this. If your device is still under warranty there is a very high chance that they may replace the unit which happened in my case.
