My phone is heating up then all my apps are dispearing from my screen just leaving my wall paper which goes black and back to the wall paper I have to shut down and switch back on to get my mobile working any ideas or advice as to what I can do?

Let it cool off then boot in >>> safe mode see if you experience the same issue, if you do, remove the SIM and SD cards and check again.
