XA1 Ultra volume up and down without command

Hi Sony, 

I can't even imagine that kind of stupid thing. So annoying. I was a big fan sony mobile since you were Sony Ericsson. Any solution?

Did your phone get wet or exposed to moisture recently?

Nah mate. It is quite new. Volume bar drops down frequently and can't control. I think it is an issue for XA1 ultra. I found many people have that issue.

Strange, I don't remember seeing this issue on XA1 Ultra or any other Xperia phone without a possible water damage. Start troubleshooting by restarting your phone into safe mode, this will disable all installed 3rd party apps. If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.

If the issue keeps happening in safe mode, then it can be a hardware defect and you'll need to contact your Local support to get your phone inspected.

I got this phone last week. You can even see that kind of issue in this forum. I haven't done much.

Do you have the same exact issue? In your original post, you said volume goes up and down, not sound dropping off randomly.

I have both. I can't even control sometimes. I can't do up or down sometimes. I can't press power button to turn the screen off while happening.

Then your issue is different than that one you linked, did you try safe mode as I suggested?
