Wont charge to full

i just buy sony expria ultra xa1 and i but it on charger from 8 am  to 2 pm it`s not complete charge is that normal for frist time it must charge fast  ???? !!!

That doesn't sound normal at all, are you using the Sony UCH-20 charging plug with the USB Type C that was provided? 

I think to charge the battery full on this device is something like 2 hours but I have only owned the device for a few days...

Personally, I'd return the device as it sounds as if something is not right.

yes i used uch 20 and cable ucb20 and now when i charged it take 2 hours is that normal but it stayd with me about 12 hours when i played /saw videos /internet/ music it was need 2 charged 2 times on one day

Hi @moustafatorkey, welcome to the community. Do you have battery care enabled?

Battery care will charge the phone to about 90% then stop, and charge the last part when you normally take your phone off charge. It takes a little while to learn when you normally take it off charge though.

You can check battery care under Settings > Battery > Battery Care.
