No. WiFi Calling is a feature that only exists on carrier-branded phones, such as T-Mobile. If you are a T-Mobile subscriber and your phone is an unlocked phone, then all you need to do is download the T-Mobile Digits app. It works exactly the same as Wifi Calling.
