Solve xperia XA1 PLUS problems

I am a hug fan of sony.... Now i am using xperia xa1 plus... But in this phne many problems that i have face every day.. Like window automatically dump... Xperia home is not working... And outher applications are automatically stopped. So please solve these major problem..

Try Safe Mode for a few hours and see how you go... If that does not work, try a Software Repair.

How to go in safe mode. 

I use Xperia xa1 plummy android 7 latest
