Poor video quality in Social feeds

Has anyone with an XA1 noticed that autoplay videos in Facebook feeds are often pixellated for about 10 or more seconds? If you have experienced this have you been able to resolve it somehow?

Facebook is a third paty application so you may wish to contact them for support with this issue, as Sony Mobile do not have any input into the development of third party apps.

I was expecting that kind off response to be honest but as the issue has never happened in any other phone that I have owned I am certain the fault still lies within the phone's hardware

not necessarily, some bugs are only specific to some devices, and need to be investigated by the app's developers.
for example, some time ago many XZ Premium users reported Viber app freezing on their phones while it worked fine on other models. after receiving the reports, Viber devs released an update to fix that.

I've noticed the same resolution fluctuation in the pre-installed photo folder app. Happens when scrolling down the page in there too. The XA1 just doesn't seem to be able the resolutions
