I got my new phone about a month ago and I'm having some charging issues. It's charging EXTREMELY slow. Last night it was down to about 20% and I plugged it into the charger (the one that came with the phone) before I went to bed and 8+hrs later it was only at 96%. Also, twice now it has started acting funny (not connecting to blue tooth mostly) and when I went to restart it the phone just turned off and wouldn't turn back on for about ten minutes. The battery levels were high (around 70%), so it didn't die from lack of charging. Is this something common with these phones or do I have a defective one? Is there anything I can do to fix it?
To narrow down the issue, you could backup everything and repair the phone with XC

Check that the handset isnt bent. My sons XA did exactly the same and when sent for repair the reason for it not charging was put down to the handset chasis being bent which they refuse to cover under warranty.
Unfortunately it seems like this might be a design fault with the phone
