no signal

Hi I have a xa1 for about a month now. It's just stopped get signal I've tried sim in other phone it fine. I carnt  receive calls and can just about send text can anybody help thanks

I have the same problem.  I sent my phone off to be repaired only for Sony to say that there is no fault.  I now cannot use my phone, as I'm constantly getting no service.  I got a new sim from network provider and it made no difference.  I used my old phone (Xperia Aqua) whilst my phone was being repaired and signal was fine.  It's clearly a fault with the model.

I have done system repair - no difference.

Safe mode - no difference.

Same here worked fin for about 6 weeks then last 3 weeks no signal at home down stairs and weak upstairs, all my text start ariving at night when I go up the stairs!!!

Went back to shop and changes SIM no difference, put sim into wifes Smasung and no problem with signal, so has to be the phone.

The last Xperia Aqua I bought developed an issue after ~1year with the SD/SIM slot and kept falling out.

This will be the last Sony I buy, which is a pity as they look great and have high specs.
