Lines in display

Suddenly on the screen have appeared white lines and then it becomed dark with some colorful strips and then screen stopped working. The phone was throwed into the water three months ago but then it was fixed and it was all right. But now it stpped working ! Please help.

I'm sorry to hear this.

This does sound to be hardware related. What you can try, is to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This is to rule out that anything software related is the cause of this behavior.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior with your device I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with how to send your device in to an authorized service center for repair.

So I have used Pc Companion and uh, it hasn't worked .

My phone is still damaged and I'm going to send it to Sony by the warranty. I'm really upset because Sony probably wouldn't fix or exchange it, as they always do.

Then it is like you say, the device will need to be sent in to a authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair. As i wrote in my previous post, if you need any assistance with this you should get in contact with your Local support team.

I havent done any troubleshooting. Can you provide me the link?  I have also attached the screenshot of my phone display. Its kinda annoying to the eyes everytime I used my phone. Hope you can help me to get this fixed. Thanks
