When i updated my xa2 ultra i cant download anything from play stoor

Hi @Ticato, let me see if I can help you out here.

Could you elaborate in what is happening when you are trying to download a application from Play Store? Or are you getting any kind of error messages when trying to download?

It says downloading or pending since my internet is very fast and it works on all other phones

I would recommend you to try clearing data for the application called "download manager" and the application Play store.

You do this by following this guide: Go to settings > Apps & notifications > Choose "App info" > Tap the three vertical dots in the top right and choose "Show system" > Find the one called "Download manager" > Press "Storage" > Choose "Clear data". And also, do the same for the one called "Google play store".

Then try to download the applications again.
