Hi lambie001,

Welcome to the community,

You could also try clearing the Play Movies application and Play Store app.

Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Google Play Store/Play Movies > Clear Data.

Try from this point and then follow any other instructions supplied here if you continue to have problems.

It has been suggested to reinstall Lollipop with Sony PC Companion

You will not lose anything, you will have to redownload the apps

@uliwooly

Connection is good and have never had a problem in the past. Only since my upgrade.

In fact now I seem to be able to watch films as long as i haven't downloaded them and as long as the WiFi signal doesn't dip.

Thanks folks for your help so far though. 😊
