why wont my cdx-dab6650 pick up fm/am signals

i have a cdx-dab6650 it wont pick up any fm/am signals,i have tried my aerial on my old sony cdx and that works perfect. has anybody got any ideas for me to try?

Hi the CDX-DAB6650 supports two antenne connections, 1 for DAB and another for AM/FM, do you have both connected.
