WH-1000Xm3 and VOIP calls

I've had my WH-1000Xm3 for sometime now and love them but I've noticed that although I can answer mobile phone calls by tapping the right cup twice this doesn't work with Whatsapp calls.  Other bluetooth headphones I've had I've been able to answer and end Whatsapp calls so I wonder is this is something that Sony don't support?

Hi macgd016, the headphone doesn't support call apps, it would be something if they worked and the other end could hear you since it's not guaranteed.
