How do I switch off Voice Control on WH-1000XM3?

I can't seem to switch off Voice Control on my WH-1000XM3. I've switched off both Siri and Search everywhere on my phone, and still I'm left randomly calling people when my phone is just sitting on the desk.

I love these headphones but it's getting too annoying to use them.

Please help?  I don't wanna have to switch to a different brand 😞

Hi Firstdog12, do you mean the assistance? The voice guidance? There's no voice control on these headphones as far as I know..
