Bluetooth pairing problems

I have bought a new Walkman (NW-A55L) which I cannot get to pair with my ultimate ears speaker.  My ipod has no problem but my new Walkman will not find the UE speaker, or my Huawei phone.   I have gone through the manual but no nearer sorting this out.  Any suggestions from fellow Sony fans ?

Hi jsmont,

Have you tried to alter the Bluetooth settings of the Walkman?

Probably the Walkman is using a BT profile, that's not supported by your headphones.

Hi

I am not sure how to alter the BT settings on my Walkman – not seen anything the manuals about that.  Any advice would be appreciated.
