Backup Vaio VGN-SR29VN

Boa Noite,

Tenho um Sony Vaio VGN-SR29VN.

Tive que mandar colocar um novo disco rígido 320Gb SATA porque o original ficou estragado.

A máquina funciona mas perdi algumas funcionalidades como a função Switch e barra superior de ligação internet bem como a barra de mode da função Switch.

Não tenho os DVD's de Recovery do PC (original).

o que devo fazer para instalar as funcionalidades perdidas e como fazer Backup do computador?

Experimente instalar este utilitário...não sei se será suficiente, pois não sei o que instalou...

Levei o computador a uma loja da PC Clínic em Portimão e quando me colocaram um novo disco rígido instalaram-me o windows vista.

A mensagem de erro quando faço instalar a função Switch é: "@Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (6002) Non IE/Netscape 27804.30556"

Também não tenho software da camara motion eye instalado.

Para poder instalar a função Switch, veja aqui este forum da Microsoft (em inglês)...pode ser que ajude...

"The best people that would be able to help you would be the people who developed the software. You could try clean booting your machine and reset all your browser settings to defaults and see if that will fix the issue.

Let's try clean booting the system to remove 3rd party software and see if that clears up the problem.

Follow the steps below to place your computer in “clean boot”

· Click the Start orb on your Desktop

· Type msconfigin the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.

· On the General tab, clickSelective Startup.

· Under Selective Startup, click toclear the Load Startup Items check box.

· Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and thenclick Disable All.

· Click OK.

When you are prompted, click Restart. Now reset your IE setting s to default.

Reset Internet Explorer Settings to Defaults

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Click on Tools

3. Click Internet Options

4. Click the Advanced tab

5. Locate the Reset Internet Explorer Settings heading

6. Click the Reset button

7. Click Ok

8. Restart Internet Explorer"

Não tenho a webcam instalada e o link que me foi enviado também não funciona. Tem uma alternativa para instalar o softwer da webcam motion eye?

Experimente fazer uma análise do portátil com o My-Config para ver os drivers instalados e ver se existe uma actualização para a câmera...
