Does anyone know where I can get hold of the drivers to downgrade to windows xp pro - need to sync with company server when I go to the Antarctic this weekend.............

I think Sony do not support XP on your Vaio model at this moment...
All you can do is find the XP drivers individually from other Vaio models ...
