Please fix that.

sound ok but but brightness i get max 50%
Thanks..
Hi simvaidi,
Not all models have Vaio Event Service listed separately in the pre-installed drivers/utilities. For your particular model it is incorporated in the Sony Notebook Utilities.

Prior to installing this utility you should first install Sony Shared Library.
BTW it is not advisable to install drivers or utilities that are not intended for your model

Thanks for answer, but your advice is not helping
I can't install Sony Notebook Utilities, get error "This update intended use with your model"
So this package does not support my laptop model. It is written in the description as well.
"VPCEH1; VPC-EH1; VPCEJ1; VPC-EJ1
Do not install this utility with any other model of computer (including other Sony computers sold worldwide)".
please fix
Thanks..
Hi simvaidi,
I now understand the problem you are experiencing.
This is a user forum and as such we are not in a position to fix anything. However, the problem has been escalated to Support in the hope that they may have some suggestions...
BTW why has your user name changed?
Rich
Without the proper Vaio Event Service i can't control brightness with FN keys. I can set max 50% with the buttons and 100% with the mouse.
I hope that the Sony Vaio support places the necessary files for SONY VAIO VPCEH3B1E / W. As soon as possible!

Dear simbav, Many thanks for your post. I have had to omit the last sentence due to the four letter word. Kind Regards Finn (Forum moderator)
Hi simvaidi,
I understand that a member of support will contact you. Make sure they are aware that the problem is connected with your VPCEH3B1E/W and not your VGN-FZ21S.
Please keep us updated on whether or not support provide a solution to the problem.
