VGN-N21E/W broken arrow keys

Hope someone can help me

Two of my keyboard keys have broken off due to a falling object (both the 'up' and 'down' arrow keys).

I think the actual key faces(?) are fine, it's the little plastic swing/crossover latches that are kaput.

Does anyone know where I can get replacements? And how on earth I replace them?

Hi miss_tibby and welcome to the forum.

If you contact Vaio Link (via the support tab at the top of this page) they will usually provided up to five keys and fittings free of charge. Explain that you need fitting instructions as these vary somewhat between models....
