Using my Vaio as a PS3 monitor

Afternoon all,

I apologise if this question gets asked a million times.

I have a Sony Vaio F Series - VPCF13C5E running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

Does anyone know if I can use my Vaio as a PS3 monitor and if so how do I go about doing it?

Thank you

Hi pullthru.

Not possible I'm afraid as there are no video inputs to your screen.

You may be able to import video by USB or iLink but, as far as I know, these cannot be displayed in real time.  In any event, the latency would make any games unplayable.

That is correct. If you would search for the model's specification, there is nothing said about video input. Buy a separate monitor, it will look far better. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-13/vbulletin-smile.gif
