In case of Windows block and ctrl+alt+canc do not work to turn off my vaio how can I do without damage hardware components? Start button for 5 seconds?
Hold down the power button for 5-7 seconds and this will switch the machine off forcefully Not advised as windows is not shut down properly but generally would not affect hardware if it is done just the odd few times
