I am trying to get some form of update on case number 10417940. I posted about the same VAIO laptop a while ago and after nine months the issue still hasn't been resolved. Now Sony isn't replying to my emails after promising a buy back.
The last I heard from a 'Sam' on the second of August was that I would be contacted soon but no contact has been forthcoming. I receive undeliverable notices when replying to messages from the sony customer service email.
The laptop has three times failed repair.
I am currently not contactable via phone.
