Recovery issue after installing Windows 8.1

Hi there.

Installed windows 8.1 on my vaio pro 13, about a month ago. Pretty happy with it, but i need to run a recovery. The thing just is, when i do so, it tells me that a partition is missing. Has any of you experienced the same thing?
