Question: Help please for problem with webcam capture.

The webcam on my  on my Vaio VPCEE3E0E is running slowly so the audio and video are out of synch. Can anyone help me resolve this problem please?

Hi Toni,

What software are you using to capture the video?

Are you playing back directly with that software or have you uploaded it to another program?

Hi there, I was using the Arcsoft Web Companion 3 which came installed in my Vaio laptop. After the problem started I was advised to uninstall the built in camera and software and do a system restore, and when I did the camera was there but the software had disappeared. I tried to find a free download for it on the Sony website but couldn't and then found a free download of another programme from NCH. I downloaded this last night but still have the same problem, when I record the video runs slowly and is not synchronised withe the audio.
