No memory stick drive icon / TX2

Hi,
after installing new windows XP and all the Vaio drivers, the Windows Explorer shows no icon for the drive "Memory Stick (E:)". Instead it shows a broken icon now... I tried to reinstall (latest) drivers but this didn't help. Thanks for help.

I have had a German Windows before, today installed an English version of XP pro and all the latest drivers. All seams to work fine, just the missing icon in the Windows Explorer is ugly.
