No fixed MBR disk! TRYING TO RESET

I've been trying to reset my PC because its getting slow and fans really noisy. When I go to reset my PC it says drive where windows is installed is locked. My model is SVP1321X9EB. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Have the same problem. have had messages twice regarding disc failure but recovery has helped. Now recovery is impossible.
