Laptop registration problem

Hi I bought this Laptop ages ago and have never been able to get it registered sony say it does not reconise the model VGN-NR21J what can I do to get this sorted.

Hi Hank,

I don't think you can register on-line once your Vaio is out of warranty.

Your best course of action would be to call Sony on the out of warranty number and ask them to manually register it. From the UK the number is 0905 0310006 (£0.35/min).
