Hot keys...more help please!

Hi all!
Have a VGN-TX1HP, all's working fine following Vista clean install but I'm afraid I don't understand the Hot Key fix. How do you install the driver as an unknown device? In device manager I can't see any way to do this.
Also, not sure if it's related but the audio jack for the headphones isn't working.
Any help much appreciated!

Download the Utilities listed below Utilities from Vaio-Link, use the following link: Sony Vaio Support Utilities

Once downloaded extract the files and then install the following, in order.

1 Sony Utilities
2 Sony Shared Library
3 Vaio Event Service

Once completed then re-boot your Vaio.

You may have to do this more than once..:smileywink:
