Yet another crap ass company that does its best to avoid its customers getting in touch.
My advice is to steer clear of buying anything from these morons.

yeh, cliffski this is the third post ive just read which has has had u ranting and raving in it. Understandibly, you're annoyed but you only need to tell us once and without the obscene language

Sorry you're having problems but Toshiba, Dell, and whatever other slightly crummy manufacturers you recommend will all have caused customers some coronarys at some point. Sony sure have but it's a little naive to think that it's like that every single time. Be sure to get the proper service from them, but it's really not our fault please don't go bananas in all sections of the forum.
No one has a 100% record anyway, it's impossible.
