FE21B memory upgrade issue

Hey

I have an Vaio VGN-FE21B, and recently i've added 2 1GB DDR2 667mhz modules. But the computer is recognizing them at 533 mhz (the speed of the original ram, wich i don't understand why SONY us on this compuer). How can i put them working at "normal" speed? (this CPU has a BUS of 667mhz and the board supports DDR2 at 667mhz))

try to update the Bios with the old modules...and then put the new ones...
