Changing HDD S2HP

Hi all !
Does anybody know how to change the HDD on a VGN-S2 series laptop. It's a great machine, but the factory fitted HDD is way to slooooow and I'm sure the computer would fancy a 7K100 from Hitachi.

Thanks a lot for this link. it looks a bit tricky, but I may try to do it myself. I'll have to pray for this tiny computer to survive to my dirty clumsy fingers !
